Workshop 01
Systems & Automation
If a human repeatedly does it on a computer, it can probably be made easier.
Personal operating systems, business systems, nonprofit command centers, dashboards, client portals, intake, scheduling, lightweight CRM, task tracking, document systems, smart forms, reporting, integrations, and custom utilities — local-first or cloud, sized to the actual problem.
One honest caution: not every task can or should be fully automated. The craft is choosing the right level — and the interactive below shows the difference.
Automation
The machine does the step entirely, no human touch. Right for high-volume, low-judgment work: filing, moving, formatting, notifying. Wrong for anything requiring taste or accountability.
Example: every submitted intake form lands in tracking, files itself, and pings the right person — untouched by human hands.

Workshop 02
Learning & Knowledge
A major capability here, not a footnote: turning expertise into structures people can actually learn from.
Curriculum design, course architecture, learning management systems, interactive lessons, knowledge checks, progress tracking, simulations, printable support, documentation, train-the-trainer systems, research environments, and knowledge bases — with separate doors for learners, instructors, and administrators.

The learner scrolls. The content can't tell whether anything landed. Progress means “how far you scrolled.” Every client wants it branded differently, and every rebrand is a rebuild.

Workshop 04
Content & Voice
For creators, educators, experts, and consultants: reuse your material without flattening your personality.
Capturing a person's voice, organizing source material, building reusable knowledge bases, producing scripts, articles, lessons, and interactive extensions in the creator's own voice, content planning, media workflows, archive and discovery systems, and private creator assistants.
A firm line: this is voice preservation, not impersonation. Everything happens with the creator's involvement and approval — the goal is that the work still sounds like you, because you were in the loop making it.

Prototyping & Fabrication
Make it visible before making it expensive — on screens and in the physical world.
