How previews work
When you and I are building together, your project gets a private room: the latest working preview, what changed since last time, what I'd like you to test, known issues, and a direct feedback form. You watch the machine grow — no status-meeting theater required.
Access is protected at the hosting layer (Cloudflare Access or the host's password protection), not by a password hidden in the page's JavaScript — because a password in browser code isn't protection, it's decoration.

These two rooms are unprotected demonstrations of the room template. Real client rooms are protected at the hosting layer before anything sensitive enters them — setup is documented in CLIENT-PREVIEW-SETUP.md.
